1. No Returns
Due to the nature of our products — specifically food items and custom-made orders — we are unable to accept returns.
2. Custom-Made Products
Personalised or custom-made items (such as balloons prepared with specific numbers, colours, or personalised sets) cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are created according to the customer’s individual specifications.
3. Food Products
For hygiene and food safety reasons, all food items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged once purchased.
4. Product Quality Issues
If your product arrives damaged or does not match your order, you may submit a quality complaint.
Please include:
a description of the issue,
photos of the product,
your order number.
Each case will be reviewed individually within 14 days.
