If you are collecting your balloon in advance of your event:
Check it carefully at the time of collection
Transport it gently and securely
Keep it indoors, away from direct heat, sunlight or cold
Sudden changes in temperature may cause balloons to temporarily expand or contract
All balloons are fragile and made for decorative purposes only.
Once the balloon has been collected from our shop in good condition, responsibility for its care passes to the customer.
For this reason, balloons are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after collection.
